Cancellation and refund of services
In case you are not satisfied with the service, you may cancel the services at any time by calling Shivanya Computer Education Private Limited with a notice of your intent to cancel the services. You acknowledge that the cancellation will be effective from the beginning of the next month after you provide notification at least 10 days before the next billing date. ShivanyaComputer Education Private Limited Online will provide you with email confirmation of both, your request to cancel Services and the actual cancellation of Services. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request to cancel services after calling us or if you do not receive a confirmation of Service cancellation, you must notify Shivanya Computer Education Private Limited Online by sending anemail to support@shivanyacomputer.com or by calling Shivanya Computer Education Private Limited Online Customer Care: 8340534016
Refund
A Support subscription plan at the time of cancellation if the issue is resolved once. Full refund would be provided if would not be able to resolve even a single issue. There would be no refunds in case of incident based support if at least one of your issues has been successfully resolved. In case you have used our service and still file a chargeback, your account would become ineligible to receive a refund from us.
